The UNOA Small Home is the residential component of the school, providing accommodation, care, protection and support to learners requiring boarding and specialized residential services. For learners residing in the Small Home, UNOA seeks to provide more than accommodation. We strive to create a nurturing environment that supports their education, health, nutrition, safety, emotional wellbeing and social development.

Providing quality residential care requires sustained resources. Every day, the Small Home requires resources to provide accommodation, food and nutrition, hygiene and personal care, rehabilitation support, learning materials and a safe environment for learners. The school’s Strategic Plan recognizes limited funding, rising operational costs and infrastructure financing gaps and identifies donations, development partners and community support among UNOA’s resource sources.
